Anthony Genovese meets Domenico Ruberto at Splendide Royal Hotel
Anthony Genovese
Born in France to a family from Calabria. The rigorous training at the Ecole Hôtelière de Nice and subsequent experiences allow him to acquire the great techniques. Then the return to Italy, to the Enoteca Pinchiorri and the departure for Tokyo, then London and finally Malaysia and then Ravello with the first Michelin star. The desire to give life to a personal project led him to Rome where Il Pagliaccio was born in 2003: an institutional base, firmly rooted in tradition, combined with more creative combinations and ingredients.
