The Tale of a Place. Stéphane Décotterd, a chef of Grison origins who grew up on the shores of Lake Geneva, began his career under André Minder * in Saint Légier. After travelling, he returned to Switzerland, to Pont de Brent, alongside Gérard Rabaey ***. In 2011, he took over the restaurant together with his wife Stéphanie. Today he offers a local and responsible cuisine, telling the story of his own region.

“Fiore di pietra” is the powerful and suggestive symbol of the Monte Generoso rebirth signed by Mario Botta. The world-famous Ticino architect, once again, has masterfully combined tradition and modernity, technology and design, pathos and solidity. The structure reigns from the top of 1704 meters offering an unique and enchanting view in all seasons.
