He will take you on a culinary journey that starts from his restaurant and goes around the world via the Far East, before returning home to the shores of Lake Mergozzo. His cuisine, such as his famous eel dish, reflects this journey.

The twice Michelin-starred chef at the Ristorante Piccolo Lago of Verbania, Marco Sacco, will be the guest of Luca Bellanca at the Metamorphosis in Lugano for an evening based on the most sought-after and gourmet flavours from the lake. Thanks to his project ‘Gente di lago e di fiume’, the Italian chef stands out for his creative approach to cooking freshwater fish. In the splendid Luganese location, full of glamour and elegant atmospheres, guests may enjoy a whole meal featuring lake fish, accompanied by fine wines, at the price of 250 CHF.
