A selection of seasonal vegetables grown on the farm of the Romantik Hotel Stafler, meat from Friesian cows raised on the farm, and a search for many local delicacies. These are the ingredients that express and exalt the South Tyrolean origins of the Chef and at the same time celebrate international haute cuisine, mixing local peculiarities and global inspirations.
