Attractive locations, big names in international cuisine, a 15-year history studded with successes. For its 2021 edition, S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino will have as its theme: "Ticino meets the Regions of Italy"
 
From 03.10.2021 to 22.11. 2021, the guests of honor at the gourmet event will be a number of Italian Chefs from 2** Michelin Restaurants: from the North to the South and the Islands, we will have the opportunity to taste an incredible variety of "flavors" during the event, because each individual Chef will be able to recreate, in his evening, part of his own environment and convey his experience: From the culture to the tradition of Campania and, in particular, of Ischia, to the romantic roads of the Langhe and Roero areas which, together with Monferrato, have become part of the list of World Heritage Sites, with hills and ancient villages, vineyards and gastronomic traditions that bring us back to the landscapes of Ticino not far away. From the alpine charm of Alto Adige to the novelties of the Capital, passing through the charm of the Tuscan Maremma. Not to forget the locations on the water, from Gargnano on Lake Garda, to the mythical Venice and Trieste to Cesenatico on the Adriatic Sea and then down to the Sicilian Mediterranean Sea of Licata.
The Italian Chefs will be hosted by their colleagues from Ticino in their kitchens of beautiful locations offering their typical hospitality and providing their professionalism in the preparation of unique and unrepeatable dinners.

Tenuta Colle Degli Ulivi – Coldrerio. Ultimo imperdibile appuntamento per S.Pellegrino Sapori Ticino 2017. Domenica 17 settembre presso la Tenuta Colle degli Ulivi di Bernardino Caverzasio, considerata una delle piu’ belle di tutta la Svizzera, si terrà il tradizionale appuntamento legato ad una delle piu’ profonde tradizioni Ticinesi accompagnato da un pranzo all’insegna dei sapori del territorio con un menu’ ad hoc studiato da 4 grandi Chef ticinesi: Martin Dalsass, Egidio Iadonisi, Ambrogio Stefanetti e Alessandro Fumagalli.
